Parts Management Role
We are seeking a highly organized and effective parts manager to oversee all areas of the parts department across the workshop.
* Responsibilities:
* Effective stock control and management
* Provision of excellent sales and customer service support
* Development and implementation of budget strategies to exceed targets
* Coordination with internal teams, customers and suppliers
* Management of end-to-end ordering and receiving processes for parts
* Delivery of spare parts support via in-person and telephone interactions
* Preparation of dealership and factory reports as required
* Utilization of DMS and computer programs/parts catalogues
* Development and growth of online and trade sales initiatives
Key Requirements
* Prior experience working in automotive dealership parts roles
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
