Support Group Facilitator, you'll create a safe, welcoming space where participants can share their experiences, connect with others who get it, and feel less alone. You'll also help manage your group's Facebook page to keep members informed, inspired, and engaged between sessions.
What Youll Do
* Facilitate fortnightly group meetings
* Communicate with participants and share updates or resources
* Record attendance and assist with basic admin tasks
* Manage your group's Facebook page for updates and connection
* Encourage empathy, inclusion, and empowerment within the group

This role requires a commitment of approximately 23 hours per fortnight to facilitate your local support group, communicate with members, and update your group's Facebook page. This is a flexible volunteer role that fits around your life while allowing you to make a meaningful difference in your community.
Training
Training and ongoing support provided! Learn how to run meetings, manage group dynamics, and use Facebook to engage your community. You'll also access resources, templates, and mentoring so you feel confident and supported.
