About the role
This position will support our talent acquisition activities for key business areas.
Key Accountabilities:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to deliver effective and equitable hiring processes.
* Develop proactive sourcing and engagement strategies for critical roles.
* Partner with our Talent Brand Lead to create compelling employer value propositions.
* Identify and implement process improvements.
* Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives by tracking metrics and adjusting sourcing strategies.
* Work closely with internal teams to drive solutions around internal mobility and talent planning.

We seek an experienced Recruitment Specialist who can build strong relationships, drive strategic recruitment practices, and contribute to organisational goals.
