Job Description
We are seeking an Academic Support Specialist to assist in the delivery of courses across various disciplines. The successful appointee will work with the Course Coordinator to achieve course aims and learning outcomes, supporting students in practical classes, demonstrations, and excursions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* PhD, Masters by Research, Honours candidates, or postgraduate coursework students with relevant expertise.
* Demonstrator support experience and ability to work independently.
* Familiarity with University policies, occupational health and safety legislation, and sustainability responsibilities.

Other Information
Casual academics are responsible for marking, exam invigilation, preparation time, and facilitating class activities. They will also be involved in student field work and training as required. For more information, please view our pay scales.
