About the role
Join the team at Broad Electrical and Air as a full-time Service Administrator & General Administration. Based in Narrogin WA, this role is essential in supporting the business's operations and contributing to its ongoing success. As a Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support across various functions, ensuring the smooth running of the company.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating service requests and maintaining thorough records
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
- Ordering Staff uniforms and maintaining levels of stock
- Providing administrative support to the wider team, including scheduling, data entry, and general office duties
- Liaising with customers to address inquiries and provide updates
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, proposals, and other documentation
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative processes
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in using XERO, Tradify (or similar job management software) and other relevant software
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- A positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude
- Experience in the Electrical Industry also favourable
