We're looking for a motivated Business Develeopment Manager to join our Power Technique team, helping grow market share across WA & NT. In this role, you'll champion our range of electric submersible and diesel dewatering pumps—working with customers across mining, civil, construction, local authorities, and rental partners.
What You'll Do
* Identify new opportunities and grow your territory through proactive sales activity
* Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor to customers
* Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, and forecasting
* Keep on top of market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in your region
To succeed, you will need
* Proven sales experience in a technical or industrial environment
* Knowledge of pumps, generators, or related mechanical equipment
* Strong communication, organisation, and relationship‐building skills
* A proactive mindset and willingness to travel across your territory
