Hospitality Promoter (Marketing Executive)

In this part‑time (30 hours per week) role, you will connect with potential clients and introduce them to exclusive vacation opportunities and unforgettable experiences. You will champion our brand by applying effective sales strategies that drive revenue while maintaining guest loyalty. You will identify upsell opportunities, enhance onsite experiences, and encourage guests to book preview package tours.
Responsibilities include explaining presentation details, verifying eligibility, offering complimentary gifts, answering property‑related questions, and ensuring all communications are handled promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote Marriott Vacation Club's brand image by promoting preview package tours and explaining presentations.
* Verify guest eligibility, offer complimentary gifts, answer property‑related questions, and ensure timely, professional communication.
* Deliver exceptional guest experiences by actively listening, responding to questions, and resolving service needs with speed and professionalism.
* Communicate clearly and confidently with guests and team members to ensure every interaction shines.
Qualifications
* Previous related work experience preferred.
* Engage with the public using strong communication and customer service skills.
* Adapt to diverse cultural contexts based on location.
* Work flexible shifts as required by business needs, including AM shifts, PM shifts, weekends and public holidays.
* Friendly, confident, and enthusiastic personality.
* Active listening and questioning skills.
