About the Role
Key Responsibilities
* Attend residential properties to carry out plumbing installations, repairs, and system upgrades
* Perform maintenance plumbing, repairs, and gas fitting
* Drain clearing, relining, and CCTV inspections
* Complete hot water system repairs and installations
* Carry out sewer and stormwater maintenance and repairs
* Build strong rapport and trust through professional, friendly, and transparent communication
* Deliver consistent 5-star customer service on every job

Who We're Looking For
* Relevant plumbing qualification and/or current plumbing licence (Plumber & Drainer)
* Experience in maintenance plumbing (preferred)
* Minimum 3+ years of plumbing experience required
* Current NSW Driver's Licence with full Australian work rights
* Valid White Card
* Confident with strong customer service skills
* Strong relationship-building and problem-solving ability
* Takes genuine pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and maintaining professional standards
* Reliable, motivated, and results-driven with a positive, team-first attitude
* Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively within a team
