G.J. Gardner Homes Geelong is seeking a proactive and versatile Receptionist / Accounts & Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

This is a multifaceted and rewarding position.. You will be the welcoming face of our business while supporting essential office functions across reception, accounts, and digital marketing.

This role offers the perfect blend of customer service, creativity, and administration in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Manage reception and warmly greet clients and visitors

* Handle phone enquiries, incoming mail, and maintain office supplies

* Oversee accounts payable and receivable

* Process invoices and reconcile supplier statements

* Prepare construction claims and follow up outstanding accounts

* Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content

* Capture on-site footage and produce video content showcasing our custom builds

* Support maintenance and new home handovers, including organising compliance certificates and handover packs

* Assist the Management team with general administrative tasks

About You

You are:

* An excellent communicator with a friendly and professional phone manner

* Highly organised, accurate, and able to prioritise effectively

* Skilled in social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook

* Creative, with experience producing engaging video content

* Tech-savvy, with strong proficiency in Google applications and bookkeeping software (Xero preferred)

* A proactive team player who enjoys building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service

* Confident when engaging with clients face-to-face

* Ideally experienced in the building industry (preferred but not essential)

A current Driver’s License is essential.
