THE ROLE
Bimbadgen Estate PTY LTD is looking for a Chef de Partie, to work across Weddings & Events, fine dining and our pizzeria however the main focus will be on weddings and large events.
The Hunter Valley portfolio forms part of Mulpha's broader Hospitality Division and is comprised of three properties: Bimbadgen Estate, Palmers Lane, and Emma's Cottage.
Located high on a hill in the heart of Hunter Valley Wine Country, Bimbadgen Estate is a striking winery and vineyard encompassing an expansive Cellar Door, award-winning Esca Bimbadgen Restaurant, Wood fire Pizzeria, outdoor amphitheatre, modern tasting rooms, and accommodation all in the one stunning location.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with service during large events and ensure food is delivered on time.
Prepare and cook dishes for the casual / semi fine dining outlet.
Support the pizzeria section when required.
Keep your section clean, organised, and efficient.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Work as part of a team and support other chefs.
YOUR BACKGROUND
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (required).
Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar level.
Ability to work in fast-paced kitchens.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work across all outlets.
This is a full-time position with Bimbadgen Estate Pty Limited & Caldisc Pty Limited offering a salary range of $72,000 to $78,000 (plus superannuation), depending on experience
