Summary
We are seeking full-time Mobile Plant Operators to join our rail maintenance and civil works teams on the Rio Tinto Pilbara rail network. You'll operate various mobile plant machinery to deliver high-quality project outcomes, always with a safety-first mindset.
We are currently prioritizing local Karratha-based candidates, roster is from Monday to Thursday.
Must Have
HR-class or HC-class Australian driver's licence
Nationally recognised plant tickets (e.g. Excavator, Skid Steer, Watercart, Tipper)
Construction White Card
Ability to pass a Category 3 Rail Medical
Solid knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety practices
Strong attention to detail and task ownership
Enthusiastic and reliable attitude
Preferred
RTIO Inducted (including M1 Rail Supervised Worker Card)
2–5 years of experience operating Excavator, Skid Steer, Watercart, and Tipper experience
