In this pivotal role you'll enjoy being involved in high profile and interesting matters in a Projects & Construction team recognised for delivering the highest quality of service and results for their clients
Assisting a Partner and their team you'll be required to use your initiative on a daily basis as you assume responsibility for;
* diary and inbox management
* management of client files - open/close and archive
* coordination of meetings and travel arrangements
* preparation of correspondence and Court documents
* billing, time recording, expenses and month end reports
* general administrative tasks
Skills and experience we'd love...
* at least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
* ability to work independently
* advanced MS Office skills
* experience in document management software
* high attention to detail
* excellent organisational skills
