* Strong Customer Service, Relationship Management, and Communication Skills
* Knowledge of Travel Software, Industry Trends, and Destination Insights
* Attention to Detail, Organizational Skills, and Time Management
* Ability to work in an on-site team environment and adapt to client needs
* Certifications or training in travel and tourism is advantageous
* Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
