We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our dynamic team on a 7 on, 7 off roster. This role offers the opportunity to work across various fire safety products and systems, further diversifying your experience and skills.
Job Responsibilities:
* Installation and maintenance of fire suppression systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
* Servicing and repairing of fire suppression systems, adhering to industry standards and regulations
* Maintaining awareness of site-specific WH&S policies to ensure a safe working environment
* Liaising with internal staff regarding work changes and schedule updates to maintain effective communication
* General housekeeping and document control to maintain a well-organized workspace
This role requires extensive knowledge of the fire suppression industry, with experience in mobile fire suppression systems being a strong advantage. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-quality services and maintaining a strong mechanical aptitude.
Key Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in fire suppression installation, maintenance, and repair
* Proven technical expertise in fire suppression systems and equipment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
