Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused representative to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and register guests, providing a warm and professional welcome.
* Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
* Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
Qualifications:
* Post-Secondary Education or relevant qualifications in Hotel Management.
* Minimum 2 years of Guest Relations experience, preferably in a four or five-star hotel.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
