You’ll liaise with airlines, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo movement, and you’ll also handle airfreight pricing, providing timely and accurate quotations to clients and agents. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring operational continuity, resolving any issues that arise, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including ABF, DAFF, and Aviation Security. Key Responsibilities: Process and manage export airfreight bookings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Coordinate with airlines for space allocations and confirm shipments Generate and verify all necessary export documentation, including MAWBs, HAWBs, and customs paperwork Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to both internal stakeholders and customers Assist in resolving any operational issues related to export airfreight Ensure compliance with Aviation Security requirements and export control regulations Generate airfreight pricing proposals under Quotations and Spot Quotes modules in CW1 Review import/export documentation to determine cargo classification (DG/General/Main Deck) Negotiate cost-effective rates with service providers to maximise profitability Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and agents throughout the quoting process Provide quotations tailored to the customer's needs and preferred routings Assist in tracking win/loss ratios within the CW1 system Contribute to the development and improvement of the CW1 quoting module Ensure timely invoicing, cost allocation, and financial accuracy for export shipments Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure proper cargo handling Support process improvements, including PAVE system enhancements Adhere to OH&S policies and ensure all safety protocols are followed You will have: Minimum 2 years of experience in airfreight operations or quoting Proficiency in CargoWise (preferred) Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage client expectations Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Strong communication skills for liaising with airlines, customers, and internal teams A proactive and solution-driven mindset Sounds like your ideal role?
