The Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Advisor – PerthWe're excited to offer an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis at our Welshpool office. You will be a valued member of a small but dynamic People & Capability team, with colleagues based across Perth, Brisbane and Auckland.
What You'll Do
Reporting to the Group People & Capability Manager and collaborating with our teams across Australia and New Zealand, you will:
* Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle across Australia, including job postings, sourcing, headhunting, keeping candidates in the loop, interviewing, building talent pipelines, assessment, selection, background screening and contract offers
* Administer onboarding including documents and activities
* Develop and maintain solid working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure you are consistently aware of their evolving people resourcing needs
* Utilise innovative, creative approaches to talent attraction, particularly for blue-collar roles, to source high-quality candidates
* Drive high-volume recruitment campaigns for plant operators
* Balance core talent acquisition duties with other HR-related activities, ensuring a varied and engaging workload and growing your knowledge

About You – Skills & Experience
You will be a self-starter with the confidence to work autonomously with minimal supervision, while remaining a collaborative and supportive member of the People & Capability team. You will be a friendly and engaging communicator, both in person and in writing, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of personality types and build strong, effective relationships. Finally, you will be an excellent administrator with strong attention to detail, and will naturally exercise sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive matters.
You will also have:
* Valid C-class driver's licence
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Proficient in relevant MS Office software applications
* Sound numeracy and literacy skills with the ability to communicate professionally
* Knowledge of Australian employment legislation would be advantageous
