* Performance Management: Support managers in performance management processes, including setting and reviewing performance objectives and implementing performance improvement plans.
* Talent Development Initiatives: Drive succession planning and career development initiatives, guiding managers on employee development programs, coaching, and mentoring to build a strong, high-performing workforce.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Proven business partnering experience in senior HR roles, focusing on performance management, talent management, and driving organizational change.
* Deep knowledge of HR principles, relevant legislation, and contemporary HR practices.
* Effective influencing skills: Proven experience in influencing at a senior level, demonstrating professionalism and alignment to organizational values.
