We are currently seeking an experienced and inspiring Store Manager to lead our beautiful Royal Arcade store – a place where heritage meets indulgence and every customer visit is an experience to remember.
Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Lead from the floor to deliver a warm, immersive and memorable Koko Black journey.
- Visual & Product Excellence: Ensure the impeccable presentation of chocolates, beverages, and merchandising.
- Leadership & Culture: Recruit, train and develop a passionate team aligned with our values.
- Performance & Productivity: Drive store performance, manage labour and stock effectively, and deliver on sales targets.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with food safety, OH&S;, governance, and cash handling policies.
- Communication: Foster collaboration with other stores and Support Office teams and communicate priorities clearly.
