About Your Role
We are expanding our team and want to welcome an experienced and dynamic Occupational Therapist ready to make a meaningful impact and contribute to best practice. Bring your expertise, maturity and strong organisational skills to thrive in this role.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload and deliver timely, quality therapeutic services.
* Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical function through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
* Interpret findings to create personalised treatment goals for each participant.
* Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life.
* Mentor and nurture early‑career clinicians.
* Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.

Qualifications
* Current general registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
* Excellent time‑management and organisational skills to effectively manage a varied caseload.
* A proactive attitude and a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
* Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists.
* A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the disability sector.
