The Opportunity
CSR is seeking a commercially minded and analytically driven Pricing Partner to join our team in North Ryde. In this influential role, you will partner closely with Sales, Category, Finance, and senior stakeholders to shape pricing strategy, uncover margin opportunities, and drive pricing excellence across the business. Key Responsibilities
* Shape pricing strategy and drive margin growth across CSR’s portfolio
* Support annual price reviews, tactical changes, and value‑based pricing initiatives
* Develop and maintain pricing architecture across customers, segments, and product categories
* Analyze pricing, margin, customer, and market data to identify risks and growth opportunities
About You
* 5+ years’ experience in pricing or revenue management in a large enterprise
* Degree in Finance, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or similar
* Advanced pricing and modelling capability
* Strong Excel and Power BI skills; experience with SQL, ERP, and CRM systems
* Bonus: Python, machine learning, or AI knowledge
* Ability to translate data into clear commercial narratives
* Strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder influence skills
* A proactive, collaborative, “can‑do” attitude
