Restaurant Team Leader Job Description
The primary responsibility of this role is to lead a small team and ensure exceptional guest service standards.
* This involves establishing and maintaining excellent customer service standards, managing staff, assisting with stock taking and planning staff rotas, deputising in the Restaurant Manager's absence, adhering to company policies and ensuring they are fully communicated to all team members, and maintaining high hygiene standards in accordance with Health & Safety guidelines.
About the Role:
As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading your team and promoting a positive work environment. You will need to possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire your team members, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead a small team of staff and promote a positive work environment

3. Manage staff, including recruiting, training and developing employees
4. Assist with stock taking and planning staff rotas
5. Deputise in the Restaurant Manager's absence
6. Adhere to company policies and ensure they are fully communicated to all team members
7. Maintain high hygiene standards in accordance with Health & Safety guidelines
