Cleanliness and Customer Experience Specialist

This is a key role in our housekeeping team where you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.

* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure all areas are tidy and well-presented.
* Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and effective teamwork.
* Monitor and maintain housekeeping supplies to ensure they are adequate and of good quality.


Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
* Able to work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and resolving conflicts when necessary.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
