About the opportunity
Weston Holdings Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Licensed Finance Broker who is looking for more than a standard broking role.
This opportunity is ideal for a broker who:
* wants to establish or grow their own agency, and
* is seeking a strategic business partner rather than an employer.
You will play a key role in shaping the direction and growth of the broking business, with the opportunity to transition into a co-ownership or equity position as the agency expands.
The role
As a Licensed Finance Broker, you will operate with a high level of autonomy while leveraging Weston Holdings' infrastructure, compliance framework, and business support.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing expert advice across residential and commercial lending, including home loans, investment lending and refinancing
* Assessing client objectives and financial positions to deliver tailored lending solutions
* Managing the end-to-end loan process, including lender liaison and settlements
* Building and maintaining long-term client and referral partner relationships
* Contributing to the growth strategy, systems, and processes of the broking business
* Staying current with regulatory requirements, lender policies, and market trends
Who this is for
This opportunity will suit a broker who:
* Has 3+ years' experience as a Licensed Finance Broker or Mortgage Specialist
* Holds an Australian Credit Licence or operates under one (or is willing to obtain their own)
* Has a strong understanding of lending products, compliance, and the Australian credit framework
* Is commercially minded and motivated to build a scalable business
* Values autonomy, accountability, and long-term growth over a traditional salaried role
* Is based in WA or willing to operate in the WA market
