Overview 
We have an prospect for an experienced full-time Guest Service Agent to join the team at Novotel Perth Murray Street. 
Responsibilities 
- Deliver service excellence from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between. 
- Act as the first point of contact for guests and visitors. 
- Handle a wide variety of front office tasks, including selling hotel facilities, taking reservations, and maintaining guest accounts. 
- Provide passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to both external and internal guests at all times. 
- Answer all telephone calls professionally according to brand standards. 
- Reconcile cashier floats at the end of each shift. 
- Inform non-members about the benefits of ALL – Accor Live Limitless and assist with enrolments. 
- Assist guests with requests promptly and professionally. 
- Oversee overnight operations, ensuring safety, security, and service standards are maintained. 
Qualifications 
- Experience with OPERA Cloud property management system or similar 
- Relevant experience in a similar role 
- Service oriented with an eye for detail 
- Confident and articulate communication, relationship and networking skills 
- Time management skills with the ability to multitask 
- Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition and high energy 
- Passion for hospitality 
- Experience in the Hotel Industry
