Exhibition Director Job Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional results at our flagship Home Shows in Melbourne and Sydney.

Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic plans to boost sales performance and enhance exhibitor experience.
* Implement structured sales processes, pipeline management, and performance reviews to optimize results.
* Provide expert training and coaching to uplift capability across the sales team, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
* Oversee exhibition operations, including floorplans, stand allocations, and onsite delivery to ensure a premium experience.
* Act as a senior point of contact for key exhibitors, fostering long-term commercial partnerships that drive mutual success.
* Collaborate with the leadership team to set event strategy and contribute to business growth.
* Work closely with marketing and operations teams to maximize exhibitor ROI and deliver innovative show features.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance, budgets, and reporting to guarantee the commercial success of our flagship events.
Requirements:
* A proven track record in driving revenue growth in exhibitions, expos, or large-scale events, with a strong focus on sales leadership and team development.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and people-development skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
* Strong commercial acumen, with a proven ability to set and achieve ambitious sales targets.
* Highly organized, resilient, and proactive, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* A collaborative team player who embodies our company values and culture.
* A valid driver's license for occasional site visits and meetings.
* CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce or Zoho, to streamline sales processes and data analysis.
