We're searching for a creative, passionate, and hands-on Head Chef to lead our kitchen and bring GiGi's Diner to life. This is your opportunity to shape the menu, build your team, and put your signature on a brand-new venue.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
* Creativity and flair – someone who loves reinventing diner classics with a modern edge
* Strong leadership and people skills – a team builder who leads by example
* Solid understanding of kitchen operations, cost control, and rostering
* Food Safety Supervisor certification (or willingness to obtain)
* A positive, can-do attitude and the drive to make GiGi's a must-visit Hobart destination
