You will craft compelling content, manage daily social media schedules, and drive brand awareness. Your role includes analyzing performance, fostering influencer relationships, and leading eCommerce and social photoshoots. RESPONSIBILITIES+
* Create content for social media platforms in collaboration with the Digital team.
* Maintain the daily social media schedule.
* Manage social media platforms, analyze performance, and develop strategies to increase traffic to websites, stores, and overall brand exposure.
* Post and schedule content across all social media platforms.
* Propose, implement, and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest; identify key categories and products.
* Provide insights to the leadership team by analyzing and profiling the social community.
* Foster relationships with key influencers.
* Seed influencers with products and information.
* Manage end-to-end eCommerce and social photoshoots, planning key creative moments to promote collections through social channels and websites.
* Help create engaging video content primarily for YouTube and TikTok.
* Be creative and ready to produce content
* Use a holistic approach to digital marketing to generate online-to-offline traffic and engage retail clients.
* Source content created by the Creative team (campaigns, looks, press clippings) for use in digital marketing initiatives such as EDMs, social media, and blogs.
REQUIREMENTS+
* At least 3 years of experience in social media / content creation, preferably in fashion retail.
* Strong experience with organic social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
* Ability to extract insights and data from social media platforms.
* Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and / or InDesign is preferred.
* Passion for social media trends and effective delivery.
* High attention to detail.
* Excellent collaborative and communication skills.
* Strong customer service skills and understanding of online shopping environments.
