About us
The Coaching Zone is a group training program that operates within Genesis Fitness Clubs. We provide members with 45-minute Small Group and Team Training sessions, all led by our team of amazing Coaches.
Your role as a Coaching Zone Coach
We need you to bring your skill, knowledge, personality and flair to each session, ensuring a great customer experience for all participants.
All our Coaches are focused on
* Engaging with each member before, during and after their sessions
* Providing guidance and instruction for members
* Recognising opportunities to develop and improve ourselves and our service
* Understanding and helping members more toward their goals
* Leading by example

Required qualifications/certifications
* A minimum Cert III in Fitness
* Successful applicants will be required to obtain a national police check and a Working with Children check.
