Hours: Monday to Friday 8am- 3pm.
We're a busy and growing pool building company looking for a reliable and highly organized Receptionist / Office Team Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly. This is a behind-the-scenes support role with no face-to-face client interaction—you'll be handling calls, emails, admin, and team support from our office.
About the Role:
You'll be the communication hub for our team—answering phones, coordinating emails, managing schedules, and supporting our internal operations. It's a great fit for someone who's detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoys working in a construction or trade-related environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming calls and directing messages to the right team members
* Managing inboxes, responding to enquiries, and handling follow-ups
* Assisting with scheduling jobs, team calendars, and appointments
* Organizing project files, documentation, and supplier paperwork
* Supporting the office with data entry, order tracking, and admin tasks
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in reception, admin, or office coordination (construction/trades admin is a bonus)
* Excellent phone and written communication skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office and basic office software
* Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
* Proactive, reliable, and ready to support a busy team
