Workshop Controller - Fremantle & Southern Suburbs

Position Overview

As one of our Workshop Controllers, your day to day will have you allocating jobs to our technicians to ensure workflow efficiency and a high quality of work on our repairs. You will work with the technician's to trouble shoot problems and provide guidance and solutions on a variety of different mechanical issues that arise on a daily basis.

You will drive superior customer service and ensure customer satisfaction is at the core of everything you do all while ensuring you have a high functioning team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience within the automotive industry, particularly senior technicians or supervisors.


Success Profile

* Must have: Certificate III in Light Vehicle Automotive
* Proven experience leading or supervising a team of technicians
* Strong understanding of workshop operations, workflow, and daily job allocation
* Broad mechanical and tyre knowledge across multiple vehicle types
* Ability to meet budgets, targets, and deadlines
* Effective communication and solid organisational skills
* Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure in a busy environment
* Motivation, leadership, and a results-driven mindset
* Valid Australian driver’s licence
