What you will do?
- Handle and transport guest luggage promptly and efficiently, ensuring all details are recorded accurately
- Follow safe manual handling practices, especially when dealing with heavy luggage
- Collaborate with the front office team to welcome guests and ensure smooth arrivals and departures
- Interact with guests professionally, responding to inquiries to maintain high service standards
- Assist the front office during downtime with tasks such as check-ins, guest requests, and general administrative duties
More about you
- Previous experience as a porter, ideally in a luxury setting
- Ability to lift and transport heavy luggage while adhering to safe manual handling practices
- Impeccable grooming and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for guest service with an engaging and confident personality
