* Lead by example in customer care, sales techniques, visual merchandising standards and staff presentation standards to maximise sales potential.
* Achieve sales targets by converting customers, resolving complaints, and processing payments accurately
* Support the operational management of the boutique – ensuring high standards in health and safety, facilities, policies and procedures, and back-office operations.
* Nurture relationships with VIP customers and develop strategies to increase their loyalty
