About the Role
As Customer Service Officer – Gym, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced leisure centre environment. You’ll engage with members and visitors, promote gym memberships and services, and support sales and administration activities. Responsibilities include:
* Delivering friendly, professional customer service in a fast-paced leisure centre environment
* Responding to customer enquiries and provide information on gym programs, memberships and services
* Supporting the day-to-day administration of the gym membership program
* Assisting with marketing initiatives, promotions, tours and sales activities
* Working towards sales targets aligned with annual budgets
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
* A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for customer service
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in fitness, leisure, sales or customer service roles (highly regarded)
* Knowledge of sales and promotion techniques (desirable)
* Availability to work a set roster including two weekdays and every Saturday
* A current National Police Clearance and Provide First Aid Certificate (mandatory)
* Additional relevant qualifications (advantageous but not essential)
