About the role
The successful applicant be working for the Older Persons Mental Health Team (OPMHS) to facilitate change in attitudes and behaviour related to health and illness, for the purpose of preventing and relieving distress or dysfunction and to promote quality of life.
In this role, you will evaluate complex psychological and other factors affecting behaviours. This will inform collaborative case formulations and lead to individual counselling services, therapeutic interventions, group programs in areas that may include mental health, family issues, behavioural problems, problem addictions, prevention & early intervention, trauma or health rehabilitation.
