Job Description:
We are seeking an administration professional to join our team in the Insurance and Risk Management department. The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective administrative support, handle insurance and public liability enquiries and claims, and ensure that statutory obligations are met.
The role involves administering insurance policies, processing claims, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong computer literacy skills in MS Office
* Well-developed literacy skills including reading, writing, understanding written information and ability to complete work-related forms
* Demonstrated ability to work both unsupervised and harmoniously in a team environment
* Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in making decisions regarding liability for claims
* Knowledge of or the ability to learn and undertake insurance claims administration processes
