Key Qualifications & Experience
 * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume kitchen setting
 * Proven ability to lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff
 * Exceptional menu planning and design skills
 * Strong understanding of food safety, cleanliness, and workplace health and safety protocols
