The Role
- Coordinate and deliver client tax-related operational and year-end deliverables, including planning, logistics and post-implementation reviews
- Manage and facilitate change initiatives, process improvements and system upgrades related to fund tax operations
- Act as the central liaison between internal teams, auditors, and external clients to ensure compliance and timely delivery
- Track, report and escalate issues while maintaining robust operational risk and compliance standards
- Support multiple projects with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to timelines
About You
- CA/CPA qualified or degree in Business/Accounting
- 8+ years’ experience in fund administration, custody or investment operations, ideally within unit trusts, superannuation or life insurance funds
- Strong understanding of fund tax principles, distributions and operational workflows
- Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills
- Project management mindset with the ability to coordinate complex timelines and deliverables
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with HiPort or similar systems advantageous
