About the Role
We're seeking a hands-on, solution-focused tradesperson to join our Service team. In this role, you'll carry out minor maintenance and repairs on our installed products, ensuring every customer experience ends on a high note.
Whether you're a cabinet maker or a skilled tradesperson from a similar background, this is a great opportunity to apply your craftsmanship in a customer-facing role. You'll be the friendly face of our business in clients' homes, resolving issues with care and precision while using digital tools to stay connected with our factory teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform minor repairs and adjustments on installed kitchens, stone benchtops, and glazing products (e.g. shower screens, robes)
* Deliver outstanding customer service with a solution-first mindset
* Use mobile apps and digital tools to report service outcomes and communicate with internal teams
* Maintain a safe and tidy work environment in line with WHS standards
About You
* Trade background in cabinet making or similar (minimum 3 years' experience preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Comfortable using mobile devices and apps for reporting
* Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
* Valid Australian driver's licence and White Card
