Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ballarat, VIC. As a Signage Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and installing signs that meet client needs. This includes assessing project requirements, collaborating with clients, preparing designs, and ensuring high-quality execution. You will also maintain equipment, manage materials, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in design tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite and CorelDRAW
* Ability to operate, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting on printing and cutting equipment
* Skilled in installation techniques, including knowledge of material handling and application processes
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
* Effective communication and collaboration abilities to engage with clients and team members
* Previous experience in the signage industry or relevant design and production fields is a strong advantage
* Familiarity with safety protocols and the ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
