About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Parts Interpreter to join our Parts team at our Biloela branch on a 12‑month contract.
Hours
Our branch operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
On‑Call
This role includes participation in a weekly rotational after‑hours on‑call schedule to support our customers outside of standard business hours.

What You'll Be Doing
* Provide sales / parts interpretation support to retail customers and workshop employees
* Prepare and order parts
* Present exceptional merchandising standards
* Perform inventory control / stock take
* Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
* Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
* Prior experience working with parts in a dealership environment
* Maturity, positivity and an excellent work ethic
* Excellent customer service and professional presentation
* Intermediate MS Office skills & proficiency with parts interpretation software
* A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results
