Accounts Officer Job Summary
Marrybrown Australia is hiring a Full-time Accounts Officer role in Melbourne South Eastern Suburbs VIC.

Position: Accounts & Administration Officer
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
* Process supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time.
* Issue customer invoices, generate account statements, and monitor incoming payments; follow up on outstanding balances.
* Maintain accurate supplier and customer account records, including performing regular reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
* Provide general administrative and clerical assistance to various teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Support payroll activities, including data entry and liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required.
Requirements and Skills:
* Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and effective time management skills
* A collaborative team player with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
* Results-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
* Experience using accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar) is highly regarded
Qualifications & Experience:
* Certificate, Diploma, or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Foundational knowledge of accounting principles, including accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
* Practical experience or working knowledge of accounting software such as MYOB, Xero, or similar platforms
