Drive sales growth, retain customers and develop new business opportunities to achieve set targets in the gases and welding equipment market.

* Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to increase portfolio profitability.
* Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities with existing customer accounts and new business prospects.
* Build strong relationships with customers through technical assistance and exceptional service delivery.
* Collaborate across internal functions and plants to drive business results.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

* Strong selling and business development skills, including negotiation.
* Thorough knowledge of price management.
* Experience growing existing accounts, generating leads, and converting them into sales.
* Excellent time management skills, allowing for a results-driven approach.
* Natural negotiation skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
