This role blends day-to-day project management with strategic involvement across feasibility, stakeholder engagement, and consultant coordination offering broad exposure and genuine opportunity for growth.

Support feasibility modelling and financial reporting
Coordinate consultants, contractors, tenants, and authorities

Support planning and design processes with technical consultants
Contribute to broader project functions including sales, marketing, leasing, and risk
About You
2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within residential or mixed-use development

Experience or exposure to construction delivery environments
Strong analytical skills, with confidence in financial modelling and feasibility work
Clear and professional communication style, with a team-oriented mindset
Degree in Property, Construction, or a related discipline
Why Apply?
This is a rare chance to be embedded in a landmark precinct project with substantial social, commercial, and environmental ambition. You'll work with a highly respected team and gain genuine end-to-end exposure across multiple assets and project types.
