Relief Motel Management Team of Two – Geelong (variable number of days per week)
Seeking an experienced and adaptable Relief Management Team (2 people) to support two motels in Geelong.
This is an ongoing relief role, typically 8–12 days per month, ideal for professionals who enjoy a little variety and understand the importance of working within established systems and alongside onsite managers.

Key Responsibilities
* Guest check-ins, reservations, and enquiries
* Room rate monitoring and revenue support (in consultation with owners and onsite managers)
* Operational administration, stock control, and ordering
* Housekeeping coordination, supervision, and linen management
* Light maintenance and property presentation
* WHS, fire safety, and compliance oversight
To Be Successful, You Must Have
* An active ABN
* 2–3 years’ proven experience in motel management or similar accommodation operations
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* High level of computer literacy, including GuestPoint (preferred) and channel management systems
* Experience with booking.com, Expedia, and other OTAs
* Availability to live onsite and work weekends & public holidays
* A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Willingness to complete a short online quiz if shortlisted
