Finance & Systems Coach
This is a truly unique role offering the opportunity to have a direct, hands‐on impact on the success of multiple businesses.
As a Finance & Systems Coach at Pravar Group, you'll work directly with business owners to implement practical management accounting frameworks, financial models, and systems that improve clarity, performance, and decision‐making.
You'll support clients with revenues ranging from $5m to $100m (primarily $5m–$20m), delivering structured financial insight, advanced Excel models, and system implementations under the guidance of our Head Coach.
The role is fully remote and delivered primarily via Zoom, suited to someone who is commercially sharp, structured, and confident working autonomously.
Key Responsibilities
* Management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
* Building and maintaining advanced Excel models and dashboards
* Supporting financial and operational systems implementation (training provided)
* Documenting financial frameworks, processes, and implementation plans
* Leading structured client Zoom meetings
What We're Looking For
* A. Accounting & Commercial Experience
* Degree‐qualified accountant with 10+ years professional experience
* Strong management accounting and commercial mindset (not compliance‐focused)
* B. Advanced Excel Capability
* Highly proficient in Excel, including models, dashboards, and analysis built from scratch
* C. Client Communication
* Confident, clear communicator with strong written and verbal English
* Comfortable leading client conversations and explaining numbers simply
* Strong interest in systems, workflows, and technology‐enabled efficiency
* E. Remote Work Readiness
* Self‐managed, organised, and disciplined
* Professional home office suitable for regular client Zoom calls

Remuneration
$110,000 – $120,000 + super, based on experience and capability.
