*Key Responsibilities:*
- Assess clients' nutritional needs and develop personalized plans
- Provide education on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care
- Support clients in achieving their health goals
*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Registered Nutritionist certification or state-specific licensure
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Previous experience in nutrition counseling or healthcare settings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and ability to attend various locations (if applicable)
*Desirable:*
- Experience working with diverse client groups
- Ability to speak languages other than English
