Working for this critical Federal Government Department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Enterprise Change Management Office, by planning and executing change support and deliverables. You’ll act as the conduit between the ECMO and business, working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure fit for purpose materials are developed to support change readiness. Some of your responsibilities will include: Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to assess the impact of proposed changes and develop plans to mitigate risks and minimise disruptions Communicate effectively with stakeholder at all levels of the organisation Lead training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new technologies and process, and provide ongoing support to ensure change adoption Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Provide event and operational staff with the support to champion and communicate the anticipated changes. You will bring to the role: Australian Citizen with ability to obtain Baseline Clearance Proven experience in implementing and delivering organisational change by engaging and motivating employees to embrace change Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders Experience using Prosci, preferred, or other change methodologies Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts impacting multiple teams.
