We are seeking a Systems Officer to spearhead a business transition to shared services across HR functions including systems, learning, recruitment, and onboarding.
About the role: Provide tier 1 support across HR faculties, acting as the first line of support for employees. Manage a portion of the business within the shared services model, focusing on standardization, streamlining, and creating efficiencies. Ensure timely resolution of issues and effective escalation to appropriate personnel. Support system-related tasks such as re-advertising, assisting with recruitment processes, payroll queries, and onboarding procedures. Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Contribute to the development of processes and standardization for common queries and tasks. Assist with award work, classifications, and optimization efforts within the new systems. About you: Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to changing environments. Excellent customer service skills with a solution-oriented mindset. Background in HR administration or similar field preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, lean environment. Experience with ticketing systems is advantageous. Knowledge of HR systems such as SuccessFactors is a plus.
