Mobility Hire and Sales (www.mobiityhireandsales.com.au) located on the Central Coast is looking for a casual position. Our business does hire, sales and servicing of medical and rehab equipment. This equipment helps people stay in their own home, rehab to be able to return home or items to help people move in the community. Rentals and servicing of equipment such as medical beds, scooters, wheelchairs and many many more products. Business are generated privately in stores, over the phones and by health care professionals.
The person who will fill the role will be doing varying tasks. We do quotes, sales, trials of equipment and help organise servicing and repairs. We deal with the general public as well as physios and OTs and other healthcare professionals and care workers. Aged care and NDIS are dealt with every day so a knowledge and compassion for this sector is crucial.
Professionalism, kindness and thinking outside the box is what we always aim to achieve. No job is too big or too small. Passion for helping people and making a difference for those who are in need.
We can get very busy and sometimes multi tasking needs to be quick. In store, phones and emails are very busy and sensibility to prioritise these 3 tasks is essential.
Customer Service role with various tasks. As listed but not limited to:
Answering emails (learning how to answer many varying questions and requests)
Answering the phone (learning how to answer many varying questions and requests)
Calling to make bookings and take payments and payment reminders (both private and professional)
Serving customers and care professionals in store (showing equipment)
May need to work days in the Woy Woy store
SKILLS:
MYOB experience preferred but not essential
Product knowledge preferred but not essential
Time management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Proactive and thinking on their feet
Work independently and as a team
Willingness to learn and show initiative
MUST HAVE:
1: Current flu Vaccination or willing to update
2: Fully Covid Vaccinated
3: Police check or willing to get (Must have no criminal history)
4: NDIS Screener or willing to get
